1) When working hard, don't miss the opportunity to do it faster by using tools or better processes.
2) Sometime a rejection of ideas often leads to better results than originally intended.
3) Multitasking is not an option but a necessity so embrace it without sacrificing quality.
4) While listening don't be too occupied with answering or asking, thereby missing the most important points of the speaker.
5) Asking for clarity is many times better than guessing or making up possibilities as it saves time always in the long run.
6) When someone is making repeated mistakes, treat them the way you would have liked to have been treated in the same scenario.
7) Communication solves problems - or at the least gets you more opportunities and time to get it sorted.
8) When stuck and clueless about ideas, content or solutions, change the approach, not the plan or the effort.
9) If you are slow to remember things taught in the instant, chances are you take longer time to forget once you have learnt it. So, chin up.
10) If you think you are different from others, then you are already on the path of doing it different, and perhaps even better, so use the difference and make a difference.
